Anri Sala: Answer Me

Highlighting Anri Sala’s continuing interest in how sound and music can engage architecture and history, Answer Me featured extensive multichannel audio and video installations that unfolded across the Second, Third, and Fourth Floor galleries of the New Museum.

The exhibition marked the most comprehensive survey of Sala’s work in the United States to date. It was curated by Massimiliano Gioni, Margot Norton, and Natalie Bell, and was accompanied by a catalogue edited by Norton and Gioni and co-published by New Museum and Phaidon.
